NC Gardens & Beach Resort is located at Vallikkunnu, a peaceful village in Mallapuram District. The main attraction in the area is the Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary that is spread over islands and hillocks close to where the Kadalundi River meets the sea. Around a 100 species of native birds and 60 species of migratory birds flock to the sanctuary. The Padinharekara Beach nearby offers a beautiful view of the confluence of the Bharathapuzha and Tirurpuzha rivers and the Arabian Sea.

NC Gardens is devoid of the usual pomp and garish settings typical of beach resorts. It is a little known eco friendly resort set in a 15 acre coconut plantation next to the Arabian Sea. Here the approach is minimalist and the stress has been on providing a comfortable, relaxing place for guests to enjoy their quite moments.
